In some cases, you may need support to remote into your device to configure or view an error.
We now have a utility you can install on your device to allow us to remote into your device and remotely control and configure settings for you.

Configure RustDesk Client
We have configured our own ID/Relay Server to improve performance and security. To use our server, select Settings (On desktop clients, this is the three dots next to 'ID')
Next, on desktop clients, select Network.
For both desktop and mobile devices, select ID/Relay server.
Please use the following settings:
ID server: rustdesk.cloud-hosting.io
Relay server: rustdesk.cloud-hosting.io
API server: http://rustdesk.cloud-hosting.io

Save the settings, and return to the Home screen.
The Support Operator will need both your ID and your One-time password to access your device, which you can provide over the phone or via ticket.
If you provide the information via ticket, please remember to leave your computer on and the RustDesk Client running so the Support Operator may assist you.
